Speed, agility and quickness are very trainable with the
right coaching techniques and methods. Coach
Pete's Personal Speed, Agility and Quickness Training Programs provide a system
which employs
such specific training methods.
Coach Pete's Speed Training Programs teach young athletes proven techniques that
will increase their speed;
agility; power; and reduce their risk of major injury in
whatever sport they are in!
This isn't a sales pitch! Using systematic
repetition methods that break down every movement into
fundamental steps, the athletes body remembers each step
it took to perform that move. Young athletes
really do develop in explosive speed using Coach Pete's
neuromuscular enhancement techniques.
Coach Pete also employs every directional component
possible (including movements that mimic the young
athletes sport) and focuses not only on speed work, but
on developing the athletes overall strength, power,
flexibility, elasticity and tempo; all critical and
necessary components to an athletes overall speed and
athleticism.
After completing one of Coach Pete's Personal Speed Training Programs
the young athlete
and/or team, both individually and collectively, will
be more explosive, faster, agile, quicker at multi-lateral and
change of direction speed and better equipped to cope

RIVER HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL SPEED TRAINING
"During
Coach Pete's 2008 pre-season speed training program, we
collected pre and post data on the varsity
football players in both a 40 yard dash and a
pro agility and found that almost everyone of
our players improved in their time and a few
knocked off as much as three tenths of a second
off their 40 time. All of our varsity guys
noticeably improved their form.
We actually replaced our static stretch
program that has been in place since 1988 with
Coach Pete's football dynamic warm-up routine.
That in itself should speak volumes to what we
think of Coach Pete's training! Coach Pete
is more than just knowledgeable about speed
training, he develops a great repor with the
young athletes. Pete makes his workouts
fun, interesting and age appropriate. The
