What is Omega Boot Camp?
Omega Boot Camp is a back to basics approach to training that breaks fitness beyond the four walls of a gym.  No fancy equipment is needed.  Use your own body as weights and the natural environment as the gym.  Use the energy of the park and the motivation of the group to challenge you to go further than your limits, no matter what level you are at now.  Whether your goals are toning, weight loss, increased endurance or strength, step outside the box and experience a challenge that will makeover your body.  You will enjoy the benefits of team camaraderie and group motivation.  Omega Boot Camp incorporates strength, cardiovascular, flexibility, and core training into one effective and progressive program.  In this outdoor program you will be made to do body weight exercises like pushups, pull-ups, squats, lunges, etc. in conjunction with core conditioning and with cardio intervals like sprinting, climbing steps, jumping jacks, etc.  Each day will get more and more challenging, and your progress will be monitored via testing days.

What is the COST?
Each Four-Week boot camp is $72 for 2 sessions a week or $95 for 3 sessions a week.

Personal Trainers typically charge $50 to $150 per session for their services—This is a great (increasingly rare) opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by Coach Pete, a certified and accredited Personal Trainer and licensed Coach, for just a fraction of the cost.

What if I’m not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely.  Nor will anybody go home unchallenged!  People of all ages, abilities and fitness levels are urged to attend Omega Boot Camp.  Each day will slightly increase in intensity.  You will inspire and be inspired by others.  Coach Pete helps the “almost athletic” and those that are 80+ pounds overweight, all in the same setting...while never having ANYONE feel left out or frustrated.

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet either 2 times per week or 3 times per week for 45 minutes.

You choose the time - either the 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am or 8:30am sessions, during the four-week program

Auburn’s Regional Park at 3770 Richardson Drive in North Auburn off of Dry Creek and Hwy 49.
