Working with young athletes is Coach Pete's
specialty. His specialty is in the
athletic development of young athletes. He has coached and been
involved in speed, agility and quickness and the strength and conditioning of youth
sports for over
16 years.
Coach Pete can put together a private,
motivating, non-threatening and condemnation free
program that will help you and/or your child or adolescent meet
their fitness and/or athletic needs and goals! His
programs are designed to get the results that
the young athletes desire and need!
Ultimately increasing their self
esteem and self worth.
