Omega Speed Training Packages envelope all components required for speed.  From Strength training, power training, flexibility (dynamic warm-up and cool down) training, to speed training that focuses on start to acceleration to maximum velocity to agility training, the athlete receives the full benefit of all aspects of speed, agility and quickness training which will optimize their success.  Young athletes will achieve speed increases and muscular adaptations and will shave time off their fastest times.

Depending on the speed training program you choose.  The athlete will receive speed instruction and implementation on:

Running form and technique.  The athlete will get faster by learning the proper technique and form.

First step explosiveness and quickness.  The athlete will learn through biomechanics how to move properly, efficiently and explosively.

General Strength.  The athlete's work capacity will be increased, resulting in faster and more effective recovery from speed workouts, thus increasing the volume of speed training the athlete's body will be able to handle in order to become faster and more powerful.

Core Training and Hip Mobility Training.  The 29 muscles that make up the core will be strengthened and hip mobility will be trained in order to properly align, reduce forces, dynamically stabilize and produce force efficiently, which will increase the athlete's speed and power.

Power Training.  The athlete will be put on a (scientifically backed) plyometric program which will convert their strength into power.  The athlete will get faster as their power levels increase.

Tempo and Maximum Velocity Training.  The athlete will maintain healthy joint and soft tissue strength, increase in aerobic power and anaerobic capacity, improve in balance, coordination and proprioception as well as enhance their gross motor performance with tempo and Maximum Velocity training.
 
Speed, agility, and quickness, change of direction speed & lateral movement training for sport.  The athlete's speed will be enhanced and developed in all directions and planes of motion through speed technique, proper speed instruction, speed implementation, speed drills, and total body sport fitness training.   Agility, Acceleration and Maximum Velocity is the focus of the Speed training.

GOLD PACKAGE
This
Speed Program lasts for 8 weeks (16 sessions).  Meet 2 days a week.  Most Comprehensive training package available.  Participants are trained in speed, agility, quickness, along with detailed training in Sprint Mechanics, lateral movements, change of direction speed, plyometrics, core conditioning, general strength, maximum velocity, flexibility, overall conditioning and hip mobility training.   Will train with Coach Pete 2 times a week for 1 hour each session.  Includes a detailed 8 week Customized Groundbreaking Speed Training workout plan.  Guaranteed Results in Speed!

SILVER PACKAGE
This Speed Program lasts for 4 weeks (8 sessions).  Meet 2 days a week.  2nd Most Comprehensive training package available.  Participants are trained in speed, agility, quickness, along with detailed training in Sprint Mechanics, lateral movements, change of direction speed, plyometrics, core conditioning, general strength, maximum velocity, flexibility, overall conditioning and hip mobility training.   Will train with Coach Pete 2 times a week for 1 hour each session.  Includes a detailed 4 week Customized Groundbreaking Speed Training workout plan.
