Omega Speed Training
(Team Training) sessions are designed to
maximize your teams speed, quickness and general
physical preparedness (GPP).
Is your team ready to train like champions?
The training sessions are approximately 75-90
minutes in duration and emphasize improving the
basic and sport specific skills needed for
competition. Physical Preparedness is the
key to a successful season for any sport, and it
will also drastically reduce the athlete's risk
of injury.
Athletes will take part in age appropriate
speed, strength, power, and movement based
skills 1 to 3x per week under the qualified
supervision of a certified and accredited sports
performance coach. Development of these
necessary skills will greatly improve
performance and also decrease risk of injury by
increasing the athlete's reaction to challenges
in the game environment.

safety, technique/form, footwork, low athletic

and plyometrics - which are the ideal way to
prepare athletes for competition, and reduce
injury.
Each athlete on the Team receives a complete ACL
Prevention Workout Plan to keep with them.
