GROUP BASED TRAINING

Athletic Speed Development...  Focuses on overall speed skills and the base strength needed for speed, agility and quickness improvement.  Training entails sports fitness protocols that are designed specifically for the needs of young and growing bodies.  Sessions are well supervised and professionally instructed.  Most importantly, Omega Speed Training understands that young athletes are not adults and need to train like young athletes.

Ages: (11-17yrs)
Group Based Training
Minimal 2-3x per week for 8weeks is recommended for best results.

Omega Kids Fitness Quest... the emphasis of this program is on the development of fundamental speed skills, while also building confidence and self-esteem in sports and fitness.

TEAM BASED TRAINING

Our Team Training (6-12 athletes) sessions are designed to maximize your teams speed, quickness and general physical preparedness.  Team training is recommended for off season conditioning.

Training Pkg. Includes:

  1. Pre and post training performance assessments
    On or off site training
    Professional Instruction
    Flexible scheduling

Fee:                  $125 per session
Participants:   6-12 athletes
Minimum Training Frequency: 1x per week

Note:  To gain maximal benefit it is recommend to train at least twice per week for 8 weeks.

SPEED TRAINING PACKAGES

Gold Package...     This Speed Program lasts for 8 weeks (16 sessions).  Meet 2 days a week.  Most Comprehensive training package available.  Participants are trained in speed, agility, quickness, along with detailed training in Sprint Mechanics, lateral movements, change of direction speed, plyometrics, core conditioning, general strength, maximum velocity, flexibility, overall conditioning and hip mobility training.   Will train with Coach Pete 2 times a week for 1 hour each session.  Includes a detailed 8 week Customized Groundbreaking Speed Training workout plan.  Guaranteed Results in Speed!

Fee:                  $450 per program
Participants:   1 athlete
Minimum Training Frequency: 2x per week
